• When will I get my DJ course if I order it? - This web site is set up for instant delivery so as soon as payment has completed the server will send you an email with a temporary download link. The mail should be instant however please allow for delays in your mailing system and also PLEASE remember to check your spam folders as well as your inbox.
• Technology doesn't always work, what happens if i don't receive a download link from your server? - We accept that nothing in the world of technology is 100% reliable so promise that on the very rare occasion when "the computer says NO," a humans will contact you within 48hrs of receiving notice from you. If your download hasn't started please email [sales @ djtutorial.com] and include your full name, the usual response is very quick but will be no longer than 48hrs after you send.
• How many downloads are there in a DJ course? - You are only downloading one file, the courses have been made available in zip files (an archive format that allows us to pack all the individual files included in the course into one easy to manage download). Windows XP and later versions come with the ability to create and access zip files, if however you need a programme to access the information in our zip files visit www.download.com to see what's available (usually free of charge).
• I can hear sound but there is no picture on the video files? - You are missing a codec on your computer, this is a small bit of software that decodes the information so you can view the files contents. To download the codecs you need free of charge please visit: http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp (TSCC - is for window media player etc & Ensharpen is for quicktime (Both mac and pc versions).
• How big are the DJ course downloads? - The size of your download depends on the course you choose. The size of each course is included in the download centre in the descriptions above the download buttons.
• What type of video file is included in the DJ courses? - The standard download files are saved in WMV format for the DJ Skills courses and AVI for the Ableton Live course.
• Is the written text side of the DJ courses printable? - Yes you will have no problems printing this document as its already been formatted to fit A4 sized paper.
• Do you have experience of teaching DJ skills? - Yes, over the last 16 years I have taught many people and have spent time working as a DJ tutor in a UK music college.
